Spring is finally here! I hope you are well and ready to join us in one of the many projects and workshop we are offering.

Upcoming Workshops
Antonin Kratochvil will be back in Transylvania for a workshop on The Lost Villages of Transylvania May 21-29

Exhibition
Rome, April 28, FNAC ROME - InBetween. In Spring 2009 24 photographers were invited to photograph the outskirts of Rome. The result was a very unusual vision of the City. This is the first show on that project.

New Destination Workshops
USA The Mississippi Delta: a Journey into the Roots of Blues – We are organizing this workshop based in Clarksdale, Mississippi, where blues music was born. Dates for this workshop, Sept 24/Oct 2, 2010.
The teacher will be Rex Miller www.rexpix.net

We have update the page on the India workshop, with new photographs and details. Street Life of Kolkata during Durga Puja, Oct 10-18. Back to Kolkata, during the most important religious festival of West Bengali

New Projects
Passion & Profession : the 4th edition will be held in Anghiari on June 19-20 with photographers and experts coming from different countries. The location will be Tuscany, so you will be able to take a week-end off and join us. This time we will have 20 micro workshops and portfolio review. It will also be a chance to meet and discuss job opportunities for the Summer: we need general assistants, digital darkroom technicians, models, drivers.

Summer Workshop
Our Summer workshop will take place in two different locations:

Anghiari June 20/July 3. Workshop on Digital Photographic and Video techniques: please check our CALENDAR for details.

Sant' Anna in Camprena July18/31. This is our classic workshop, with classes on personal vision, photojournalism, portrait, travel….This will be our 17 year!

Roma, 28 Aprile, FNAC ROMA. InBetween. Nella primavera del 2009 abbiamo invitato 24 fotografi a documentare la periferia di Roma. Il risultato è stato sorprendente…Questa è la prima edizione della mostra.

C’è tempo fino al 30 Aprile (la scadenza è stata prolungata) per inviare il vostro auto-ritratto a Io Mi Vedo Così, organizzato dal Centro Italiano per la Fotografia d’Autore (www.centrofotografia.org)

Nuovi Progetti
Passion & Profession: la quarta edizione si terrà ad Anghiari il 19 e 20 Giugno con fotografi e esperti provenienti da tutto il mondo. Si svolgerà in Toscana: in questo modo, avrete la possibilità di prendervi un week-end di vacanza e unirvi a noi. Ci saranno 20 micro-workshop, letture portfolio, incontri con gli esperti. Sarà anche l’occasione per incontrarci e parlare di possibilità di collaborazione con il TPW per i workshop estivi: cerchiamo assistenti, tecnici di camera oscura digitale, modelle/i, autisti.

Workshop Estivi
I nostri workshop estivi si svolgeranno in due luoghi diversi e ugualmente affascinanti:

Anghiari 20 Giugno/3 Luglio ! La maggior parte dei nostri corsi tecnici, sia di fotografia che di video, saranno concentrati ad Anghiari, durante il TPW Light. Verificate il nostro calendario per dettagli.

Sant’Anna in Camprena, 18/31 Luglio : i nostri workshop “classici” con classi su visione personale, fotogiornalismo, reportage di viaggio, ritratto, nudo…sarà il nostro 17 anno!
